Please read these terms carefully before using AdGenius.

By accessing or using AdGenius ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users, paid subscribers, and agency accounts.

AdGenius provides AI-powered marketing campaign generation, poster creation, and ad management tools. You may use the Platform solely for lawful business marketing purposes. You are responsible for all content generated through your account and for ensuring compliance with applicable advertising laws and platform policies (Google, Meta, Instagram).

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@adgenius.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Content generated by our AI tools (banners, ad copy, posters) is provided as-is. You retain ownership of content you create but grant AdGenius a limited license to process it for service delivery. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, and you are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page.

When you connect third-party services (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram), you authorize AdGenius to act on your behalf within the scope you define. You remain responsible for compliance with those platforms' terms of service. We are not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms on your connected accounts.

The AdGenius platform, brand, and underlying technology are owned by AdGenius and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.

AdGenius is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including lost revenue, lost ad spend, or campaign performance failures. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or extended non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
