When you connect your Meta account, you authorize us to access your ad accounts and Facebook Pages solely to create and manage campaigns on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Meta Advertising Policies.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must have a valid Meta / Facebook account to use Meta features
• You are responsible for ad spend charged by Meta
• You must not use the platform for illegal or prohibited advertising
• You are responsible for the content of your ad campaigns

5. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, features, and AI-generated content suggestions, is owned by us. AI-generated creatives suggested by the platform are provided for your use in campaigns.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any ad spend, campaign performance, or losses resulting from use of this platform. Meta ad campaigns are managed through the Meta API and subject to Meta's own terms and policies.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
